Send in the request form (pages 1, 2 and as many page 3s as required) to the UK Agent (email or post), detailing your requirements.

ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT

Acknowledge receipt of your request via email or post.

CONFIRM BOOKING

Confirm that Accademia Acrobatica and Mare & Vita Gym can meet your request.

PAY BOOKING FEE & DEPOSIT

Send TWO cheques. One for the (non refundable) booking fee of £15 per person.

+ One for 30% of the total cost (excl booking fee) as a refundable deposit.*

MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Act as a liaison between you and Accademia Acrobatica – managing your booking.

PREPARE FOR YOUR TRIP

Book your flights.

PAY ON ARRIVAL

Pay the total fee in euros when you arrive.

This ensures you get the full benefit of the exchange rate and avoid unnecessary bank transfer fees.

REFUND THE DEPOSIT

The UK agent will send your cheque back to you refunding your deposit as soon as you pay the total fee to Accademia Acrobatica.
