Coaching

If your group would like input from our International level coaches (experienced in women’s artistic, tumbling, trampolining and team gym), this can be arranged for the fee of 45 euros per person for the week.

Facilities

Access to the facilities (such as gymnastics hall, fitness equipment, swimming pool and private beach) are 45 euros per person for the week. This is a compulsory charge as its is required for any persons using any of the facilities, not just gymnasts using the gymnastics hall.

Special Needs

If any of your group have any particular needs or requirements, please indicate on the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate them e.g. dietary requirements or mobility issues.

Full Board

Inclusive with the price of 33 euros per person per day for accommodation is breakfast, lunch and dinner. This consists of continental breakfast, and three course lunch and dinner, including salad bar. A wide range of home cooked Italian dishes will be served throughout your stay.

Rooms

All rooms are equipped with en suite toilet and shower facilities with a number of beds per room (up to a maximum of 8). By listing all the individuals who will be staying and indicating how many will share we will be able to book the most appropriate rooms for you. If any of your group requests a room to themselves, we will try to accommodate this if possible. The cost would be an additional 15 euros per person, per day.

To and from the airport

The closest airports are Rimini and Forli, where low cost airlines (Ryan Air & Easy Jet) fly out from London Luton & Stanstead. We can pick you up from Rimini or Forli airports and drop you off again after your stay for 15 euros per person. Alternatively, car hire and taxis are available at the airport. 

How you pay

You pay the non refundable booking fee of £15 per person. You also write a cheque for 30% of the total cost (excl booking fee) to the UK Agent (cheques made payable to P Tranckle).

If you cancel more than 30 days before you are scheduled to arrive, your deposit will be refunded. If you do not arrive, the UK Agent will transfer the 30% to Accademia Acrabatica. If you arrive as scheduled, Accademia Acrobatica will inform the UK Agent as soon as you pay the whole fee in euros. At this time, the UK Agent will send your cheque with the 30% deposit back to you (it will not come out of your account).

This arrangement ensures you get the full benefit of the exchange rate and avoid unnecessary bank transfer fees.
